Thank you for taking a few minutes to learn more about the Steadfast Love Weekend. The purpose of the weekend will be to grow in our love and devotion for Jesus as we encounter Him through prayer, worship, and His Word.

At the beginning of 2023, we sensed the Lord drawing us into a time of calibrating and recalibrating our lives in alignment with His presence. The words of Psalm 16:8 resonated as a call to grow to focus our attention on Him.

I have set the Lord always before me;
Because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

​

As we have been growing in this, both as individuals and as a community, we have been mindful of the need to go deeper, cultivating a stronger love and devotion to the Lord. One of our leaders (Jared Crouse) pointed us to Hosea 6:6, where God declares His desire for an enduring, steadfast love from His people.

 

As we come into this weekend, our heart would be to join together with each other in humbling ourselves before the Lord, asking Him to cause our love for Him to grow and mature. We will prioritize ministering to the Lord in worship. We will also take time to listen to Him and respond in prayer.

We are also making space to engage with God's Word as Jared, and our friends, John Weisman and Guy Glass share with us.​
